Volume 3.5 Chapter 20: Hunting For Rush Bulls 

"Oh! I'm going to!" The beastman cracked his knuckles and rolled his sleeves. He was ready for a fight. And Keith wasn't standing around. He was ready to punch the guy as well. Before the two could fight, 

"What are the two of you doing?" The two turned around and saw a member of the disciplinary committee.

Keith shook his head, "There's nothing wrong. This guy is about to leave,"

"Hmpf! You got lucky," The beastman didn't look at him any longer as he walked away. But he didn't forget to give Keith a dirty look before he walked away. The disciplinary committee asked him, 

"Don't cause any trouble,"

How am I the one who caused trouble? Keith wanted to laugh. But he couldn't care less about it as he looked at the beaten-up student, "Are you alright?"

"Mmhmmm," The person nodded. But Keith frowned, "Do you need help to get to the nurse?" His face was bruised up.  

"No! I'm fine! Thank you very much!" The student quickly got up and ran away from Keith.

"..." Keith was left speechless. Am I scary or something? He didn't think he was. Keith scratched his head and returned to the group. And what he was faced with was the dark expressions from the others.

"You need to learn some self-restraint," Carolyn groaned. This guy didn't have any of that! 

"Can you blame me? Someone was getting hit in the face. What am I supposed to do? Watch it?" Keith wasn't going to stand back. Usually, there would be someone to stop this. But no one had stepped up. So he would be the one to do it.

"..." Carolyn looked down, "That's one of your strong suits."

After class ended, Keith decided to head to the adventurer's guild again. When he entered, many people stared at him. 

"That's the kid,"

"He's the one who saved Howling Star,"

"He doesn't look like a strong fighter," 

"Fool! He brought back eight orc bodies!" There was nothing to say about it.

I guess what I did was surprising. Keith could hear them all as he walked to the counter. Madison greeted Keith,

"Are you here for another quest?"

"Mmhmm! I want to do a couple today," 

"I will remind you. Make sure those quests are something you can complete," Madison added. She wouldn't let him go on a quest unless he was prepared. 

“Understood.” Keith stated as he looked at the board where all the quests were. 

He was interested in some of the quests. But as he looked at it, 

"I will go with this one!" A quest caught his eye.

It was to hunt down some rush bulls. The objective was to obtain the meat like them. It was an easy quest. I will grab more as well. He would take the rest. 

"I want to do all of these," Keith handed the papers to Madison. 

"Understood. Please be careful," Madison smiled. Keith nodded as he headed out without a thought. 

Keith walked over to the guards, and the latter bowed their heads at him. With what happened to the adventurer party, Keith's reputation shot up..  

Keith left the city and entered the forest. He was looking around for the rush bulls. But as he was doing this, he decided to summon Aria.

"Aria, I need your help to track down the rush bulls,"  In terms of tracking, the blizzard owl was the best for the job. 

"Ho!" Aria flapped her wings as she flew into the air. She started to search for what Keith needed. 

"Ho!" "They're that close?!" Keith was surprised. He would only need to walk a few minutes to the east to get to them. Keith started to walk in that direction. 

"Mooo!" He could hear the rush bulls making a sound. Keith slowed down his pace. He jumped into the trees. He didn't want to scare them or have those bulls attack him.  

The bulls were packed together. They were grazing grass. As Keith stared at them.

Why is one of them black? Rush Bull's fur was either a bronze color or a rich red. But there was one who was pure black. And his horns were thicker than the ones. Keith knew that one was especially dangerous. But,

I really want it now. Keith gulped as he stared at the bull! Curiosity beat danger! That bull was different from the others. But he could tell its meat was high quality.

He wasn't alone. Aria's eyes glimmered as she stared at the bull. She wanted to try it as well!

"I know what we have to do now," Keith had a devious smile.
