Volume 3.5 Chapter 48: Touring The Mansion

The next day, Carolyn and the others waited at the teleportation gate. Carolyn's legs tapped up and down.

"Carolyn, you're too excited about this," Tristan couldn't help but laugh at how excited Carolyn was. She was about to explode any second.

"It will be the first time going to Keith's island, Brother!" She was excited about this.

"Sorry, we're late!" Sarah called out to the two. They had come out from another teleportation gate.

"Sarah!" Carolyn smiled as she waved her hands.

"Carolyn, did you bring a gift?" Sarah noticed a small box in Carolyn's hand. Carolyn nodded,

"Mmhmm, I thought they would need something. And you have the same thought as well!" Carolyn saw a small box in her hand as well.

"Is someone going to let us in?" Maria questioned. Since everyone was here, they needed someone from the island to let them in.

"Guess we're the last ones to arrive," Carolyn and the rest turned to see Cadmus, Sohma, and Aidiun.

"Principal Cadmus," They were going to bow. But Cadmus waved his hand,

"There's no need for you to do that. We're all guests,"

"Hmm?" Guests?

"Keith invited me to the island as well." Cadmus laughed.

"..." No one said a thing. The Principal and Vice-principal were invited to Keith's island. What was Keith?

"Sorry about the wait, everyone." Gabriel and Arlo came out from the gate with a smile.

"Please follow us in," Like that, they were brought into the portal. And they were teleported into a beautiful island! Carolyn looked around,

"This place looks incredible!"

"We know," Gabriel and Arlo nodded with a proud expression. The land was lush and vibrant.

"And the mansion is something," Tristan added. The mansion glowed in the sunlight.

"Mr.Dalen and the other dwarves did most of the work," Gabriel chuckled. As Carolyn and the others headed toward the mansion, they saw a figure in the front.

"Yo!" Keith raised his hand.

"Keith! You have to show us around the mansion!" Carolyn stated! She wanted to see everything.

"Sure, I don't mind."

"Keith, please take this," Sarah handed a present to him.

"You didn't have to do it, Sarah," Keith smiled as he took the gift.

"It's fine." Sarah shook her head.

"Here's mine as well," Carolyn handed her gift as well.

"Thank you, you two,"

"Let's go in now,"

The moment they entered the mansion,

"Woah! That's a giant tree!" Tristan commented. The group saw a giant tree dead in the center of the lobby.

Tristan and the others were surprised by this. Keith laughed, "Like it? I thought it was a good decoration to have."

"How does a tree grow this big?" Maria muttered. That tree was too gigantic.

"Stuff happened," Keith laughed.

"Now, let's go look at the other things," The giant tree was eye-catching. But there were other things that were interesting!

"This here is the dining room,"

"How big is this table?!" She marveled at the dining room.

"What is the table made out of?" Tristan questioned. The table was long and was made from a black material. It was like stars were embedded into the rock.

"This is made out of star obsidian," From what Dalen told him, this was a sturdy and beautiful stone.

"I want this on our island now," Tristan remarked as he stared at the table. It was pretty. What was more, it shined even brightly under the light.

That was incredible.

"Ehehe," Keith scratched his head. I don't think you could get one large enough for your island. From what he heard, Star Obsidian was expensive!

However, Keith got it for free because it was Dalen.

"What about the kitchen?" They were curious now. The group all knew the kitchen was something Keith wouldn't hold back on. Keith smiled,

"It's amazing,"

Like that, everyone walked over to the kitchen. And when the group entered, they marveled at the kitchen.

"Woah, this one is huge as well,"

"I know. This is what I wanted." Keith nodded. He wanted the kitchen to be large!

"There's a giant island table in the middle." Smacked in the middle of the kitchen was a giant island. It was made with a white marble.

"What are those ovens?" Carolyn questioned as she stared at the ovens. Those were not ordinary ovens.

"Ahh, I decided to go big with it," Keith chuckled. He had one for bread and two for other things.

"And what's this?" Sarah pointed at something on the side.

"Ahh, those are refrigeration units."

"Is this a new model?" It looked nothing like the normal ones.

"This one is a custom-made one I asked Dalen to make," Keith laughed. It was different from the others. The others were like an ice cooler. But the one he had was a two-door refrigerator.

"How much did everything cost?" Tristan couldn't help but gasp. Most of the items here were custom-made.

"....Don't ask," Keith looked away. The kitchen was the only thing that wasn't free. Keith went all out on this one. Dalen wanted to do it for free, but Keith refused. He knew his kitchen would probably be more than everything combined.

Plus,

"Ugh," Cadmus groaned. It came from his pockets!

"And there's also a door to the fields," Keith stated. He could go out and grab some vegetables.

"Let's go outside now,"
