"..." No one said a thing again. The class stared at Keith. The latter looked undisturbed when he said that. He yawned like it was another regular day.

"Are you making fun of me?!" Chelan's expression went from dark to furious. He was about to end Keith. How could he be so unconcerned about this?!

"How am I making fun of you?" Keith tilted his head, "I never wanted the position of representative in the first place."

Cadmus threw the position onto him because...Keith didn't know why he was given it.

For giggles? He could care less about the position.

"If you guys want it, you guys can have it. I have other things I need to do," Keith went back to zoning out. That caused the classroom to shut up. Carolyn and Gabriel clutched their heads.

This man has zero care in the world. That was the only way to describe him.

"I'm afraid that can't happen," Aidiun took a deep sigh,

"Eh?"

"Even if you don't want the position, you can't hand it off to anyone,"

"What? But Professor, give it to them if they want it," Keith shook his head. If they want it so bad, let them have it.

"..." The way he said it made it seem like he was throwing it away like a toy.

"Keith, the only way to change the representative is every half of the school term," Aidiun answered.

"Can't I give it up?"

"!"

Keith went back to being lost in thought. That was how much he didn't care.

"..." Aidiun was speechless about how aloof Keith was. And he couldn't say anything about it. Like that, they started class. But no one could say anything about it.

They were in too much disbelief to listen.

...

Keith returned to his island.

"Keith, what happened to you?" Fira tilted her head as she noticed the weird expression.

"Nothing. Just got yelled at," Carolyn lectured him like no tomorrow. Gabriel, who was calm, did the same as well!

"Ho!" "Welcome back, Aria!" Keith caught Aria on his fingers.

"Do you have a letter?" Keith questioned. Aria nodded. She flew into his room and grabbed a letter.

"Thank you,"

Keith looked at the letter in his hand. He scanned through it, and an indescribable expression formed.

"Thank you. I have all I need,"

..

Sarah sat in her class, reading her book. She was alone. Because of what happened to Keith, a lot of people wanted to stay away from her.

They were afraid that Keith would find revenge on her. Even though they kept jeering at Keith, he was still the son of a Marquis. He could cause trouble.

Sarah sighed.

"Sarah." Sarah looked up to see her classmate.

"What's the matter?"

"Ahh, the student representative is here," Sarah looked out the door to see that Keith was there.

Sarah blinked her eyes a few times before she got up.

"What do you need from me, Keith?" Sarah questioned.

"I need to talk to you about some things. But can we do it somewhere else?" Keith noticed that all eyes were on the two. It seemed they were waiting for something to happen.

There was no way he would get Sarah to explain everything to him.

"Understood," Like that, the two of them walked to a quieter area. Once they were there,

"Tell me the truth," Keith stated.

"...I don't know what you're talking about,"

"Then listen to me. Has Count Mills been suppressing your family?" Keith questioned with a stern expression.

That caused Sarah's calm expression to break down.

"How did- I don't know what you're talking about. Count Mills hasn't done anything." Sarah shook her head.

Keith retorted, "There's no point in denying it. I had my grandfather look into it,"

He sent the letter to Lionel. With his abilities as a grand duke, finding information was easy.

What was in the letter was how he found out that the Count had been blocking all trade routes to the Baron family.

"Tell me the truth. Why is the Count messing with your family? And don't lie to me."
