DC: I'm The Ultimate Lifeform

Chapter 8



"What does it mean to be free?" I asked lightly, playing with Mars sand. This was a question I had to ask myself. I went all the way to heaven for what? Why did I go so far, for a little kid I barely knew... it was because of guilt. Tommy only died thanks to me giving him the money... I didn't like the fact I felt guilt over something like that.

"If I was free, I wouldn't care that my actions led to his death... No, but I want to care. To be free means to care but not to have that control you. I want to still be myself, I don't want to cast away everything... I want to be selfish to the extreme, putting myself before all of creation." I said with closed eyes, my mind adapting to my desires.

Now, if I were to go back in time, yes I would feel sad for Tommy's death, but I couldn't go as far as going to heaven to get him... Why should I waste my time? Throwing his parents to hell would be the absolute most I would do and go on with my day... was that evil? Cruel?

I didn't think so, I was simply putting my well-being in front of a chance. Was that so wrong with putting my needs first and ensuring I'm not sacrificing even a heartbeat of my time? Yes, I have desires, that prove that I'm alive.

These Desires are what fuel me to be stronger, and one day would push me to transcend it all, allowing me to become free from all strings... right now, I like to think the only strings I allow to control me are my desires for freedom, but I had to ensure that even they couldn't control me too much.

"Now, before I go to Earth," I said while rubbing my back, and under my will a tail grew. For some reason, my tail wouldn't grow unless I allowed it. I guess it had to do with the [Omnitrix Template],

The Omnimatrix, better known as the Omnitrix, was a watch-like device that gives the user the power to transform into alien lifeforms. By scanning an alien, the user can transform into said alien and have all the powers and abilities that come with said race.

The [Omnitrix Template] is the main reason why I could scan power, with it fused with the [Sun Wukong Template] and [Doomsday Template], that ability grew, giving me the power to perfectly scan and transform into anyone or anything that I see.

The Omnitrix alone would have allowed me to transform even into a being that was Multiversal plus, but with the fusion and it evolving, I didn't know the limit of what I could transform into. Plus, that limit grew as I grew stronger. Sadly, I didn't have any transformation from the Ben 10 world, like that overpowered alien called a Celestialsapien. For some reason, I knew I would have been amongst the strongest beings out there if I could transform into that alien.

Anyways, the Omnitrix also had a special ability, such as having the power to transform the user into the prime version of the race they transformed into. So, I was the prime version of Sun Wukong, Doomsday, Broly, and Domino.

This is partly why my adaption capability was so powerful, and I wasn't out of control and a raging monster.

Now, be it Sun Wukong or Broly, they should have given me a tail. But that tail was removed for some reason and didn't grow back... until I allowed it to grow back. Now, why would I want my tail?

While Watching Dragon Ball, I saw how Goku was able to transform into a huge ape upon seeing the moon. This transformation boosted Goku's power level by 10 times, and although I tried to avoid spoilers, I saw that there were more transformations down the road.

Although currently Goku in the anime didn't have his tail, I think he might have to regrow it to combat the being known as Freiza, I think he would need to transform into that ape and do something to become a Super Saiyan.

{A/N: I don't want to bother too much with the plot of Dragon Ball, if you don't know, then don't worry since MC's guess would all be wrong.}

So, with that in mind, I looked towards the moon. With my sharp eyes, I could see a moonlight years away, it's not like I was trying to see the whole world, and instead while looking for something far away in my line of sight.

I locked my gaze on the full moon, and in an instant, my heartbeat surged with intensity. My body expanded, my pupils vanished, leaving my eyes a fierce red. My clothing tore apart as my muscles bulged. My teeth elongated into fearsome fangs, and in a powerful transformation, I became a formidable black-brown ape.

I stood at 60 meters, roaring at the sky. My footsteps shook the whole planet, with the very space around me shaking and cracking due to my overwhelming power.

Alarms went off in the watch tower and all over the earth, even from so many miles away, they felt the power I was giving off as if I was nearby. To say the least... Batman was horrified, but this did conform to his thoughts, but now how was he going to act?

He couldn't... he lost all hope in winning. Luckily for him, I quickly took back control of myself. I adapted quickly, only 3 seconds was all that was needed, and the seconds after was all that was needed for me to quickly master this form.

'Weird, I feel like I'm more than 10 times stronger.' I thought while feeling something was off with the power-up I got. The great Ape transformation boosted one's power by 10 times, so why was I 50 times stronger?

'It seems like thanks to me pretty much being the perfect Saiyan, my transformation is 5 times stronger.' I thought while feeling my body, smirking at the power flowing through me. How strong was I right now? Easily over 6 trillion... I felt like I was now universal, but just because I was universal didn't mean I could destroy the whole universe. Remember, there were an infinite number of dimensions in one universe, each dimension being infinite. At most, I could destroy this dimension, then move on to the next, and so on.

This was impressive, my power level was still improving, and slowly my huge body began shrinking. Before I knew it, I was back to my 7'10 height... but something was different, I kept that huge powerup, without the drawback of that large size slowing me down. In other words, all that power compressed into me... turning that 50x boost to my power into a 100 times boost.

"So, this is the legendary Super Saiyan," I said with a grin feeling the power that was flowing through me. Now, I should be able to destroy 5 dimensions with a simple move. I jumped around for some time, getting used to this newfound power which only took a second.

I returned to Earth, and I began to start watching Dragon Ball once more... I quickly realized I discovered a new transformation since the real Super Saiyan Transformation turned the user's hair golden instead of simply transforming the user's eyes golden and beastly.

"It says here that the Super Saiyan Transformation boosts the user power level by 50 times, and my great Ape transformation boosted my power by 50 times... what is this about Super Saiyan Grade 2? This is spoilers." I said with a frown while looking at the wiki, I quickly looked away, not wanting to be spoiled.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

I sat back in my chair, lost in thought about my next move. Honestly, I could become the strongest by doing nothing. In just one day, there are 86,400 seconds. Thanks to my perfected genetic, and doomsday adaption, I grew 1.0001 times every second. I grew 5,650 times

stronger every day.

At that moment, a knock came from the door. I looked over at the door for a moment in confusion, before I went to open the door, and there I saw a bold man. He had an expensive suit, with a perfect smile.

"You are?" I asked with a frown while looking at the man behind him. A man with a black and orange mask. The Black part had no hole for eyes, while the part that was orange did have an open, but it was all white, which made me question how he could see through that eye.

I could feel something godly about that man, something which put my senses on high alert. But my scans found nothing special about him, he only had outstanding martial arts which put him slightly below Batman. He had outstanding armor that could withstand Superman's punches if Superman was holding back. He had a Superhuman physique, and the list went on... but nothing that could hurt me.
