Harem Tournament of Champions

Chapter 163 Increase The Pain Sensitivity!

[Host, that's a whole level of...]

'Any who defies me will suffer a worse fate at the hands of who I deem fit! If I can't do it, well someone else can.'

With a proud smirk, Hisha looks down at Joslin with contempt.

Although he could already see how far the competition is headed, he needed to witness her beg till her last breath.

'She and Althea will be an example to the rest!'

Joslin shook her head, trying to deny what she witnessed.

Vanas licks his lips, wishing he had been the one given the opportunity. 'She isn't part of his harem anymore, I should have been the one to do that!'

"You may return." Hisha orders with a nod of approval.

Wiping off the blood from their lips, they went back to join the others.

There was a collective gasp from the rest who had previously sat close to the five.

Turning his attention towards the arena once more, Hisha's voice booms, "Surie..."

Surie shook off the dizzy spell, flicking off the dirt on her body and looking over toward Hisha.

"My lord..." She gives a bow, glaring to her side and at Joslin.

Flinching, Joslin has second thoughts on what was meant to be done

"You two will have a revoke on the strikes you might have sustained during the duel, that wouldn't be needed for this round..."

Surie's grin only increases as she maintains her glare at Joslin with the best revenge plan she could think of in the short time frame.

'This should be grand!'

"Pain sensitivity will be lowered and the death delayed till there is little to no body part left to scream out in pain!" Hisha finalizes with his hands clenched.

[Pain sensitivity decreased]

"No!" Joslin shrieks, falling to her knees while pleading for mercy.

Hisha jumps down, walking closer to Joslin, he grabs her chin and turns her face to look at him.

Looking at her with a smile, his face darkens, "you will do as you are told. If you don't, then I will make sure you never see the sunrise again. Do you understand?"

Joslin's face falls at the statement, her hand clenching on the dirt.

Turning around, he gives a nod at Surie.

Teleporting towards his high rise, he sits back on his throne with a wry smile.

The tribal chiefs looks to their lord in astonishment, it was far from the person they had all known.

"Are we safe?" Vanas whispers to Wae.

Wae stares ahead, unable to speak out of fear.

Scoffing, Vanas looks over to Draegul for some confirmation, but just like Wae, he was silent at first before mumbling a few words.

"Be careful what you say, dimwit!" Draegul hisses as he looks over to Vanas.

Hisha wasn't the same immortal they had known years ago.

Refusing to waste another moment talking with him, Draegul's collar spikes up, covering the side of his face.

Vanas leans over to Wae once more and whispers, "what the heck is wrong with all of you?"

Wae stiffly turns his head to Vanas, "if his harem isn't safe even with him once they defy him, what happens to you–us?"

Vanas takes a glimpse of the rest who had adjusted their positions in their seat and stays silent.

'We are all doomed, huh?'

"Get on his good side and hope for the best," Wae explains with a sigh.

"We're down to who is left standing with body parts intact, Joslin." Surie mocks and wiggles her brows.

Walking circles around a crouched Joslin, Surie covers up the distance between them in a blink of an eye and kicks her hard on the stomach.

Joslin doubled over, coughing up blood as she crashes into a wall.

|Raw carnage level~69%+5%|

[Destruction]

"You had your chance, now you pay for that stunt you pulled!" Surie snarls as she charges forward.

Lifting her leg, Surie brings it down with a powerful kick to Joslin's face.

Joslin fell flat on her back, spitting out blood and trying to catch her breath.

Gasp!

Gasp!

[Is this even a fair fight, host?]

Hisha raises a brow, 'at this moment, all I care about is my carnage points.'

[Thought as much, host]

Joslin tries to crawl away when Surie comes running toward her.

"Get back!" She screams at Surie, calling for her sword.

Swchp!

Grabbing it at the dire minute, Surie lets out a scream in pain, the sword cutting through her hand as it exerts more pressure.

'Fuck! This hurts!'

Channeling all willpower as she holds back the sword with one hand, she grits her teeth at the sight of her finger slowly splitting.

Raising the other to make a strike with her elbow.

Clank!

Clank!

The sword breaks in half as her elbow connects with the middle of the sword.

Joslin coughs, shaking from the pain it caused her.

Her eyes brim with tears at the sight of her damaged sword. It felt as though a part of her was destroyed.

Her eyes only widen even more as she looks up at Surie, the sword in her hands.

"You just ruined my hand!" Surie hisses.

Joslin shakes her head, "My lord, please. I give up!"

Hisha lets out a cackled smile, looking over to the rest of his harem members.

Alta had a wicked grin, her hands clenched as she cheered on with grit teeth.

The enthusiasm was off the chart, cheering Surie to rip off the armor.

Solara leans back, letting out a sigh and a lazy smirk on her lips.

What was more intriguing was the fact that Pesa let out a laugh while conversing with the rest of the winners.

She looked carefree and less tense.

[Do you wish to return her abilities?]

'Although she has proven to be trustworthy for some while until I get much better proof, she seems to be doing fine.'

Instead, he brings back his attention to the fight.

Surie grits her teeth and pulls the blade out from the side of her hand, tossing it aside.

"I must have given you false hopes, I'm sorry."

Knowing this wasn't a heartfelt apology, nor was it an act of compromise, Joslin crawls away, hoping to get to much better ground.

Grabbing her by the ankle, Surie tears at the armor on her legs.

"I need this off so I can chop off your fingers," Surie growls, grabbing a handful of metal with her bare hand and starting to pull.

If this could make up for her injury, she was willing to take it.

R-i-p!

A loud gasp could be heard with each rip of the metal.

"Just kill me!" Joslin yells out in desperation, her voice cracking with each word as she tries to struggle and kick at Surie.

Grabbing one of her legs, Surie warns, "if you try that one more time, then I will rip off your leg first!"

Joslin's heart skips a beat at the threat, contemplating which she prefers–her fingers or her legs.

Surie yanks harder, her fingers digging into her skin, making Joslin grunt in pain.

"Ahhhh!" She screams out, crying profusely.

Surie finally gets the armor off, giving a triumphant smile. "My, my, you didn't even bother wearing anything other than underwear."

Joslin tries her best to cover what she could of her body, shivering from her bloodied body.

Squatting beside her, Surie shakes her head. "You were weak from the start, that's why you did that shit!"

Wasting hesitation, she steps down hard on her arm. "Lend me a hand."

'HTC, increase the pain sensitivity.'

[Are you sure, host?]

'I need to hear her scream, lowering it previously isn't enough.' Hisha complains, leaning on his arm.

[Pain sensitivity increased]

R-r-i-i-ip!!

Ripping off an arm, she watches with a wicked grin.

As Joslin screams in agony, Surie laughs. "I can't help but wonder if this is the effect of a 'wounded ego'."

Screaming out in pain, Joslin writhes and cries out as she tries to move away from her.

"Stop moving!" Surie snaps, stepping hard on Joslin's stomach.

She could only roll away, grabbing onto her arm as she tries to stop the bleeding.

'It would seem she loves to kick and stomp a lot.' Hisha jokes.

[As expected of a Slaepnir]

"How are you going to defend yourself?" Surie mocks with a peal of crazed laughter, ignoring the drip of blood from her arm.
