“I heard you guys have elite troops, I’m interested to see if they’re elite enough to withstand these war machines.” The Guardian Angel drooled when he saw the various apparatus Li Yao had gathered.

Nowadays, getting a single bed crossbow can cost a fortune, let alone the amount that Li Yao had managed to obtain.

Sixteen stone throwers, twenty-four medium-sized ballistae, plus Li Yao’s own bed crossbow, making a total of twenty-five. They were not something that could simply be bought.

The tanuki spoke indifferently, “No joke. You think these things can be bought if you have the money? Take a closer look at them; they are military stone throwers and ballistae used by the Undead Legion. Do you understand what that means? It’s miles different from the castrated version of small stone throwers and ballistae that we players can get our hands on.”

These words piqued everyone’s curiosity, as they began wondering what the differences might be.

The tanuki proudly explained, “Hey hey, in appreciation for your sincere curiosity, I will explain generously. The ‘castrated’ version is often used for defense in mines or resource points. It’s built to be lightweight and save resources, thus its power is limited. The military version, however, can truly kill boss-levelstrong creatures. As for the stone thrower, the range and power are at least five or six times greater.”

Everyone took a sharp breath upon hearing this. Who wouldn’t know that a regular ballista can easily kill off the strongest tank at the current game stage, let alone something that is five or six times stronger?

“Look, these are the bed crossbows and stone-throwing carts used by the Undead’s Third Legion. Compare it for yourselves. Aren’t they the spitting image except for the absence of a beacon?”

With the pictures shared by the tanuki, the audience couldn’t help but believe his words.
