Chapter 205 - Formations
Chapter 205 - Formations
When Xiao Fang woke up, he found Yan Mei completely naked and partially sleeping on top of him.
’It seems she likes to sleep on me...’ he thought.
Her naked body was warm, her touch was soft, and her hair smelled just as nice as before. He didn’t mind that she rested her arm and leg on him because she was as light as a feather and her body felt nice too.
He already had the luxury of groping her the last time they met, so the only thing on his mind now was to start dual cultivating with her.
’She must be having a good dream to be smiling like that,’ Xiao Fang thought.
His hand slowly slid down her smooth naked back till he could feel her soft round ass. What plump little things they were, Xiao Fang could hardly resist the temptation to do naughty things with her. His other hand reached down to grope her thigh that rested on his lower abdomen.
The longer he caressed her, the harder it was to hold back. Despite how much he wanted to sleep with her, he was not the kind of man to do it with a sleeping woman, so he decided to wait. However, only a few moments later Xiao Fang recalled Tan Zhenzhen’s words.
She had told him that an Elder would be sent to his house tonight to repair his guild house’s front door. Since Xiao Fang was interested in inscriptions, he thought this would be a good opportunity to learn a thing or two about it.
Seeing that it was already dark out, Xiao Fang feared that he was too late,
’Damn it. I hope I didn’t miss it,’ Xiao Fang thought as he hurriedly got dressed and left the house.
He felt bad about leaving Yan Mei alone in his bed again, but sacrifices needed to be made. It wasn’t everyday that he could watch an inscriptionist at work. This wasn’t something he wanted to miss.

Several minutes later, Yan Mei woke up. She stretched and yawned, but didn’t notice anything amiss. Eventually, she realized that Xiao Fang was gone but he left something behind.
She held it up then read it outloud.
"Nameless?"

Traveling by a horseless carriage, the inscription master and her disciple arrived outside of Xiao Fang’s guild house after the sun was down.
"Mother we’re here," the young girl named Xue Li said while looking out of the carriage window.
Xue Li was a jaw droppingly beautiful 18 years old. Standing just under 159cm, she had shy pink lips, soft narrow brows, mesmerizing blue eyes, and a cute round face. She didn’t come off as the talkative type, but she wasn’t a shy girl either, she just had a general lack of interest in most things since she had always been showered with spectacular gifts all her life.
Xue Li’s Mother, Xue Jinghua, was one of the few Supreme Elders in the sect, but she was the only master inscriptionist in the province. Despite her old age, she was a very sexy woman, but that was due to her extremely high body and spirit cultivation realms. Standing at 161cm tall, she had long white hair, sky blue eyes, and very large breasts.
Even though Xue Li was far more beautiful, Xue Jinghua usually attracted far more attention because she was a Supreme Elder and wasn’t afraid to wear her cleavage extremely low. Her G cup breasts really were a sight to behold.
Xue Li and Xue Jinghua exited the carriage and approached Xiao Fang’s guild house.
"So it’s true. Someone really did break down a guild house door. Do you think you can fix it?" Xue Li asked her mother.
"Watch carefully, Little Li. Even something like this can be easily repaired with a few simple inscriptions," Xue Jinghua replied.
With a wave of her left sleeve, her Divine Spirit power was sent towards the door then stopped as soon as it reached the door frame. With her right hand, a small blue spirit flame appeared on the tip of her fingers, then she began to draw elaborate symbols in the air. The inscriptions she created overlapped each other, making the inscription look a bit more complicated.
When she was done, she sent the inscription towards her Divine Qi which still occupied the empty space between the door frame. As soon as the two connected, the door started to form. In a single breath of time, the door looked as good as new.
Just when Xue Li thought she was done, Xue Jinghua suddenly made a large circle in the air then started to draw more symbols in it, but this time the symbols were much more complicated.
"Mother, you’re making a formation?"

Formations:
Formations were a series of inscriptions that came together to make something powerful.
There are beginner, intermediate, and advance level inscriptionists, but it’s only when one could make a formation could they be considered an inscriptionist.
Just in this country, the number of advanced level inscriptionists only numbered in the dozens, but in 1 sect they numbered in the thousands. This was a sect that was recognized as being the country’s strongest sect. The only sect that the Divine Sword sect and Chaos sect would never provoke, not even by accident. A sect that was rumored to produce cultivators so strong they could level an entire sect with only a handful of experts. This was the sect that founded the country’s Royal Court.

"They didn’t call me over here to just fix a broken door. This house has a spirit containment formation around it, and right now there’s a small crack in it," Xue Jinghua explained.
After the door broke down it left a small crack in the overall formation. If she were to leave it alone for a few more days, the crack would grow bigger and bigger till the whole formation collapsed.
Xue Li knew about the spirit containment formation, but she never learned how to make one, or any other formation for that matter. Before one could learn how to make formations, they would need be proficient in drawing inscriptions. Xue Li grew up watching her mother make inscriptions and even became familiar with all of them over time, but since every inscription required the caster to use their own spirit Qi, Xue Li had to wait till she was 18 years old to start practicing it.
After a few minutes, the spirit formation circle in front of Xue Jinghua was sent towards the door, making it glow for a few seconds before returning back to normal.
"Is that it? That was quick," Xue Li said.
"Like I said, it was just a crack. If I had to do the whole thing from scratch it would’ve taken me a few hours to finish."
Despite how easy Xue Jinghua made it seem, Xue Li knew it was an extremely difficult thing to do, so she only admired her mother’s abilities even more.
"Mother, the moon is up and the sky is dark. If we’re done here, shall we return back home now?"
Xue Li was a very talented young girl, but the thing she lacked the most was a general interest and motivation. That was the reason why Xue Jinghua brought her along. By showing her what she could do, she hoped that she could rekindle that flame of desire within her to learn more about inscriptions. However, contrary to her expectations, Xue Li wasn’t motivated at all.
"That’s a good idea, Little Li, but I think I’ve got a better one."
