It's been an hour since Aleron was in the mid-tier Island zone.

"Huh?"

He blinked his eyes at the notification and wryly smiled, "I guess this is it."

[You have already explored five mid-tier islands. You can not explore any more islands here. Please proceed to the High-tier island area.]

"But still, I wanted to get more loot since I don't know how many resources me and my subordinates need to reach the peak of Ascension rank. I guess I shouldn't have skipped the low-tier island zone. That's a loss of many resource treasure chests."

[Gachapi: True. If only we knew they limited exploration to only five islands.]

-Paragon-rank items and equipment x 4 (Not including the Reanimation staff) from Dangerous Encounters' reward.

-Innate Gears x 3 (Not including Vital Heart of Barbarian) from Dangerous Encounters' reward.

Aleron passed through the barrier and arrived in the high-tier island zone. The islands here were twice as big as islands in the mid-tier island zone and the ruins on them were also more dangerous.

'Oh really? But, I would like to explore more,' Aleron grinned and flew into his first high-tier island.

This island was filled with a blizzard at the center where the ruin was located.

It was a humongous snowy mountain made of metal and had giant statues and decorations all over it, making it look like a sort of temple.

There was only one entrance at the very top of the mountain, so Aleron arrived there and entered the huge door with complete darkness that oozed out like wisps.

Aleron passed through the darkness and found himself in a big cave illuminated by glowing crystals on the wall.

There was a pond, a bunch of trees, flowers, and plants in this huge cave that was the size of two football fields-all pure and having abundant energy.

"What the hell?" Aleron was startled, his eyes widened as he looked at the things in this cavern. He quickly vanished and teleported to the area where a bunch of trees grew fruits.

"This can't be. I'm not dreaming, right?"

Aleorn looked at the flowers and plants in the area to his left and inspected them as well before his eyes sparkled.

[Astral: Holy shit. So these plants bearing those vegetables, flowers, and those fruits are freaking Ascension-rank resources?!]

[Gachapi: Indeed. I am surprised. We didn't get any resources from ruins of mid-tier and low- tier islands, but it just rained resources in here.]

[Astral: Hahaha, this Alchemist Galvis is generous as his ruin's name suggested. What a good boy.]

[Gachapi: It's weird to hear you call other people boys while you are basically a toddler.] [Astral: Nani?!]

Aleron was about to grab a fruit but then paused. 'Wait, what if this is a trap?'

'What if taking resources here can trigger some shit?'

He looked around and increased his scouting and inspection to his limits. 'I can't detect anything nefarious. Things seem real.'

Looking at the fruit, Aleron changed the form of his hand from grabbing the fruit to pointing his index finger at it.

A controlled destructive beam of black flame struck the fruit and destroyed it.

The fruit slowly and completely dissolved.

'Damn, it's real. I wasted a magic mango that can increase Magic potency.'

[Astral: Noice.]

[Astral: I mean, it's nice that we can have all these resources!]

Aleron's eyes glinted as he marked all the resources that numbered 219 in total.

Two hundred and nineteen fruits, veggies, and flowers of Acension-rank!

Aleron grinned as he took all of the resources at once into his space pocket and then into his

system's storage.

"Let's go. There's only one passage in this cave."

*Dhrrrammmm*

"Huh?" Aleron couldn't move his step, nor he could teleport. Meanwhile, the cave also

started shaking and trembling!

Soon, the pond released colorful miasma, including a black color that soon formed into an

elf's avatar with black eyes and red pupils.

"How dare you take all of the resources that I have pain stackingly cultivated!"

Aleron got a notification.

'What the fuck?' Aleron was dumbfounded.

The scary spirit that emerged from the pond attacked Aleron by pointing his wand at him which unleashed a devastating spiral torrent of colorful lasers weaved around a thick black

energy.

'Shit!'

Aleron's eyes reflected the danger bells ringing in his head while his energy churned.

As his luck would have it, Aleron chose one of the most dangerous high-tier islands that had a tempting trigger for dangerous encounters right off the bat!

Everyone in the spectate hall was also watching and all other Warlords' subordinates were instantly elated seeing the pitfall Aleron fell into.

'You got a lot already.'

'Die and leave the event, bastard.'

It was a reflective elation. They have been watching Aleron absolutely demolishing all challenges and dangerous encounters, amassing so many rewards while their own Warlords were far behind in terms of exploration of islands!

They were envious of the fact that this new Warlord's subordinates would receive such an abundant amount of resources once their Warlord returned!

Their eyes were filled with hope in those microseconds as they were eager to watch Aleron get eliminated...as the laser enveloped Aleron completely in destructive blindness.
