"Kid!" "You can't go there!" Michael and Orin were shocked by his words! He wanted to go to the slums?! Was he crazy! Keith ignored their words and turned to Hugo, 

"Your daughter is sick, right?"

"Mmhmm," Hugo nodded.

"I will bring a doctor over there," Keith smiled,

"..." Hugo and the rest had nothing to say about it. They were too shocked by it. 

Keith looked at Michael, "We need to return home first."

"...Ugh," Michael nodded. He couldn't talk back to Keith. His eyes said it all! He wasn't going to listen to him!

"Let's go!" Keith didn't wait as he left Orin's shop to get a doctor.

"Thank you for coming with us, Mendel." Keith thanked the old man who came with them. 

Mendel shook his head, "You don't have to worry about it, Young Master. If you need anything, I'll gladly help," Mendel was the personal doctor of the Freed Estate. 

"Let's set off now," 

"I'm coming with you, Kid," Orin closed up his workshop, 

"You need all the protection you can get,"

"Understood," 

Keith turned to Hugo, "Lead the way," Hugo nodded as he led Keith and the three to the slums. And as they walked towards it, Keith noticed it.

"What's happening here?" It looked like the area was demolished. What he saw were many people in rags. What was more, these people looked haggard. 

Well, he noticed this for a while now. Hugo and the others were also haggard.

Keith's heart knitted when he saw this. It seemed this was the norm. Michael and Orin were calm about this. Mendel took a deep sigh at the sight. 

It didn't take long before Keith arrived at Hugo's home. But could it be called a home? It was more like a hut. 

The materials that were used didn't seem to fit. 

"Dear! I'm home! I brought someone who could help us!" A lady came to the front door. When she saw Keith and the others, she quickly bowed her head and let them in. 

What he saw was something he couldn't describe. There were three children in there. Two were sitting around one, who had fabric covering her body. 

Keith turned to Mendel, "Mendel, can you check up on the child?" That was the first thing they needed to do.

"Understood," Mendel walked over to the child and started to check on her, 

"Umm, who are these people?" Hugo's wife was a little surprised. That was because Keith was dressed up adorably. Michael was in a knight's uniform. They definitely weren't regular people. 

Hugo asked Orin, "Do you know who these people are?"

"Huh?" Orin's expression changed, "You attacked them without even knowing who they were?"

"..." Hugo blushed in shame.

"That kid is the fourth son of Marquis Freed," Orin shook his head. 

"!" Hugo and his wife were shocked!

Mendel turned to Keith, "Young Master, the child caught a slight cold. She is also malnourished." He took out a bottle and handed it to Hugo, 

"Have her eat this once a day, and she should be alright," 

"Thank you so much!" Hugo and his wife bowed. But then they turned to Keith,

"Thank you for everything, Young Master!" Hearing that he was the son of the lord there, they had to show their respect! 

"Stop it. There's really no need to bow," Keith waved his hand. But then he noticed the two children that were behind them. They looked to be younger than three years old. Before he could say anything, he heard something.

Grrrrrr. The two children's faces turned red. It was the sound of their stomachs rumbling. 

Keith chuckled and asked, "The two of you are hungry, right?"

"Mmmhmm," The two children nodded. 

They are all malnourished. This was something Keith couldn't stand. He got up, 

"I'm going to do some cooking!" Keith decided. 

He turned to Orin, "Orin, I'm going to need a really giant pot quick. Can you do it?"

"I can. But I might need Hugo's help to make it faster," Orin turned to Hugo, 

"Have your skills rusted?" 

"Kinda. But I can still make something simple like a pot," Hugo stated. 

"Let's get to work!"

"Alright, I'm going to go back to the estate," Keith needed to grab some things. 

"Michael, I want you to get some meat in the market,"

"Gotcha!" Michael nodded. 

"Young Master, I will try my best to treat some of the people here," Mendel stated.

"Thank you. Let's break! We'll be back here in a few minutes!" Keith stated. He looked down at the two children, "I'm going to make you guys something delicious to fill your stomach,"

"Really?"

"Mmhmm! Trust me,"

Keith quickly dashed off back to the estate to grab some vegetables.

"Fira, tell me which ones are ripe,"

"Gotcha!" Fira nodded and pointed out the vegetables that were ripe.
