Weeks later, Minos' group was still in Eater, but in a different area from the one they had previously passed through with Pisi.

After traveling towards the remaining territory of the 'King of Beasts' subordinates, the group encountered a much weaker group than the one in Slapis, but with more detailed information.

The 'King of Beasts' subordinates exchanged the information they had and were willing to sell it with the group's resources, helping the group to place Tanus as their next destination.

They still stayed in Eater for a few days after their discovery, worrying about avoiding local conflicts and moving without attracting attention from groups like the one they had prevented the fight from ending earlier.

Despite the high level of Eater and the many confrontations they had seen in those weeks, they had got out of most of the trouble without exerting force. Minos and Abby were strong enough to command respect and most of the time they were accompanied by locals.

It helped a lot to have initially made deals with Pisi, who advised them throughout the journey in exchange for resources of foreign origin.

Because of this, Minos could successfully hide the reality of the body parts of True Celestials from his local Celestial group members.

He had not been fooled by the conversations he had had on his journey there. However much the Celestials they met were against hunting Absolute-grade absorbable weapons, he had no doubt that they would hunt them down if they knew the truth.

So their group finally began their departure from Eater, not having found what they wanted, but having gotten clues that would lead them closer to their goal.

...

Back in one of Eater's floating cities, Minos, and his women felt the difference between leaving Eater's super-powered surface and returning to an area of this world that was weaker and more similar to Zocarro's reality.

The group made their way back to the port area, in search of their journey to the space station where their crew was waiting for them.

On the way, Abby sensed something strange and stopped, causing her companions to look doubtfully at her.

"Something's wrong," she said, as she looked at Minos with a grimace. "I sense that some trouble will be coming our way soon."

"That... Do you think it's Qhava?" Gloria asked, aware that Abby couldn't see the future, but rather had a very strong sensitivity to Hell.

"It's possible that it's her, or sent from her," Abby didn't refute that possibility, but she didn't claim that it was either. "But I'm afraid there are other possibilities to keep an eye on. On the way to this galaxy, we were told that we would find several things related to Hell and the Upper Realm. But we haven't seen anything in Eater yet."

Minos understood Abby's concern. He had been observing the future in search of traces of Hell and the legacies related to the Upper Realm on this planet. However, either this information was very well protected, or there was simply nothing like it in Eater around where they had passed.

"Let's move on. Whatever it is, we'd better hurry," Minos said as he indicated, touching Abby's back, making her follow in front of him.

"I hope it's not Qhava. If it is her, our problems could get worse hastily. In any case, we're running out of time."

The three silently agreed as the group moved on, with Abby thinking hard about the premonitory sensation she had suddenly felt.

'Maybe it's not Qhava. Maybe it's something related to Hell that we'll encounter on our way to Tanus.'

As she pondered in silence, the group of Hell Lifelings they had revived in Eater accompanied them, helping them to avoid wasting time with unnecessary encounters with trouble.

Peak Supremes were highly respected in floating cities like these, even though most of them had Celestials standing by. The world of the Celestials was actually on the surface, not in these floating cities.

They bought their tickets to return to the space station, guaranteeing their trip for the next hour.

In the remaining time, they monitored their surroundings, watching for signs that would lead them to Abby's alert. The journey so far had been smooth, and they wanted it to stay that way for as long as possible, but they knew that at any moment, things could change.

Their only expectation was for Minos to qualitatively advance the degree of his Physique and his spiritual cultivation before these high-level threats that they foresaw reached them.

The fears of something happening in Eater would be only a worry disconnected from their present situation and they would soon be back at the station where their crew was waiting for them.

On that space station, they would follow with the Hell Lifelings they intended to take with them on this journey, heading for their spaceship, which luckily was still intact and waiting for them.

"I thought it would take you longer," said the captain on seeing the group back. He rushed into the vehicle, giving the orders for his group to prepare for departure.

"Eater is a dangerous place, but it's also very simple. Have power and resources and you'll do very well there. The forces we interact with are very open to negotiation," Minos said as he headed straight for the spaceship's cockpit.

"Is that so? I think this experience of yours is unique because of your special characteristics, boss." The spaceship captain laughed. "I think it would have been different for each of us."

Minos didn't disagree, certain that without the Nautilus' Compass and his prophetic abilities, everything would be more difficult.

Seeing the future and the paths ahead was convenient indeed!

Even though they weren't offensive powers, they were powers that rivaled his innate ability in what had brought him to where he was today.

"All right, comrades, time to go back into space," the captain announced when he saw everyone in their places. "We're heading for Tanus now. I hope we have the same luck as our leaders from now on!"

With those words, the spacecraft's engines started up and soon the vehicle was on the move, leaving the vicinity of Eater for good.

But they wouldn't be the only ones to take this route. Another spacecraft followed behind them, shrouded in darkness, with an individual who knew Minos following him on this journey.

'Soon my master will come to you, Undar!'
